Bill Collier Purchases St. Louis Great Game of Business Franchise - Oct. '07
The Great Game of Business, based in Springfield, MO, has unveiled its nationwide franchise business model. Franchises will be strategically placed around the country, with local franchisees ("coaches") providing open book management implementation and CEO roundtable advisory boards called Open Book Forums in their local regions. Bill Collier has purchased the St. Louis territory.

Bill will continue to service his existing Collier Business Advisors clients and will continue to provide speaking and training services while placing much of his future emphasis on developing his Great Game of Business franchise.

In a nutshell, The Great Game of Business gets employees to think and act like owners using "open-book management." The Great Game has helped thousands of organizations dramatically improve not only their financial performance, but their corporate cultures as well.

The ultimate goal of The Great Game is to produce engaged, involved employees, because they are motivated, informed, and excited about coming to work. These employees know how and why their job affects the company's bottom line. Click here to learn more about the process that teaches employees to think and act like owners.

New Column in St. Louis Small Business Monthly - Sep. '07
Starting with the September 2007 issue, Bill is writing a column which will be featured in the St. Louis Small Business Monthly. SBM president Ron Ameln said, "We recently decided to run four columnists each month in our publication. We chose a national sales trainer, a local marketing pro and a legal expert. We were then searching for someone with entrepreneurial experience to help guide our readers through the many challenges of running a company through a management column. We chose Bill Collier. I couldn't think of a better individual to help our readers with business management advice and guidance. Bill has "been there, done that" as an entrepreneur and business consultant. He grew his own company from the ground up, and he's not shy about describing some of the pitfalls he encountered along the way. His knowledge and experience will be a huge asset to our readers as they learn each month from his own experience as an entrepreneur."
