We work with people who are good at what they do, but critical skills outside of their expertise are keeping their firm from achieving its full potential.

Our work with small business owners is a mix of coaching and consulting delivered on a regular basis over the course of 3 to 12 months. Below are several packages that we can custom-tailor to fit your specific situation

Hourly - As-Needed

  • Candid, unbiased, and confidential advice and feedback.
  • In-person coaching/consulting sessions, on an as-needed basis. (Or via telephone if you're not near the St. Louis area.)
  • No contract & no obligation. Use me as a resource as much or as little as you prefer.
  • One time or ongoing - you can fire me with a phone call or an email!
  • Summary email from me with my comments and recommendations on request
  • FREE 30 Minute Introductory Session
  • $150 per hour

Building a Foundation for Your Company's Long-Term Success

Whether you're a start-up or have been in business for years, if you haven't done the hard work of developing a mission statement, a set of guiding principles and a long-range vision for your company ... you may be headed in the wrong direction. In fact, here's a good saying for you: "If you don't know where you're going, any road will take you there."

We'll work with you - the owner - to develop a rock-solid foundation that ensures your business is serving your long-range personal needs, while also paving the way for long-term business success.

This is a 6 month program. During the first 3 months, we'll have a series of 9 one-hour sessions to design company mission, core values and vision that are in complete alignment with the owner's personal vision and values. We will supply tools and guidance to help you apply your core values in the workplace in concrete, practical ways. During the remaining 3 months, we'll have monthly accountability meetings to confirm that the work we've done is being implemented.


Annual Strategic Planning

We'll work with you and your leadership team to develop an annual strategic plan that moves you consistently toward your long-range goals.

This is a 6 month program. During the first 3 months - before the start of the new fiscal or calendar year - we'll have a series of one-hour and two-hour sessions to establish targets and goals for the new year. The next 3 months - during the new year - we'll have monthly accountability meetings to confirm that the work we've done is being implemented.


Marketing Make-Over

Most small to mid-sized companies have a sketchy idea, at best, as to how to accomplish marketing, and generally find it a challenge. As a result, they jump back and forth between randomly-chosen marketing efforts and are predictably disappointed with the results.

We'll work with you to build a solid, common-sense system for generating leads and converting prospects into customers.

This is a 6 month program. During the first 3 months, we'll have a series of one-hour and two-hour sessions to design, build and implement your new marketing system. The next 3 months we'll have monthly accountability meetings to confirm that the work we've done is being implemented.
